Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, from the balcony of his apartment where he is under house arrest, gave a speech to the protesters who gathered on Mustafa Matohiti street.
He has accused the head of the DP, Lulzim Basha, of working for Rama's mandate.
Berisha said that the position of Lulzim Basha is the most shameful in the history of pluralism.
" Today it is clear what the position of the hostage is. The most shameful in the 32-year history of pluralism. With 10 votes, he believes that he is deceiving the Albanians, that he is working for them, while he is only working for the mandate of Edi Rama and the government together with him.
In these conditions, our struggle takes on a greater, more extraordinary importance. I am here today to call on every democrat to join the battle, a decisive moment for the fate of Albania ", said Berisha.
