Police appeal to drivers due to bad weather

The traffic police have increased their presence on all road axes and urban centers, especially on mountain road axes that have been affected by snowfall.

Traffic Police Services are on standby in case of need with the aim of preventing traffic accidents and providing assistance to them.

The State Police appeals to all drivers to respect the instructions of the Police and other authorities and to follow the traffic rules.

Drivers of vehicles and motorcycles should not make wrong passes, moderate speed, do not use mobile phones while driving and wear seat belts.

Also, the contracting companies are throwing salt on all road axes, in order to prevent frost and ice from forming due to the drop in temperatures.
