Lawyer Spartak Ngjela said that the visit expected to be held by the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken in Tirana on February 14, is a favor for the Albanians in the Balkans in the conflict between the US and the Slavs.
"We must have some favors in the political sense, thinking that we are indispensable in the conflict between the Slavs and Washington. He also mentioned American politics. All these give a favor, but how much the Albanian politics will be able to use these, we will see step by step" - said Ngjela.
Among other things, the lawyer said in a Skype connection for Report Tv that the visit comes at a time when there is also a 'remnant' of the USA towards Kosovo for the decision to remove the Serbian dinar from circulation.
