Who is Shkëlzen Keqi, who "took the blood" of his brother

Shkëlzen Keqi, Daniel Gjoni and Dienis Hoxhaj are the three Albanians who were extradited to Italy and Spain, but what are these citizens accused of?

Shkëlzen Keqi in August 2022 was involved in the murder of 36-year-old Elson Kalaveri. The event took place in the Pisa region in Italy, and after a series of intensive investigations by the Italian authorities, it turned out that Shkëlzen Keqi was the person who ordered this murder.

 Regarding this event, on September 15, 2023, two Albanians and three Italians were arrested. Four of them were arrested by the carabinieri of Pisa in Italy, while Shkëlzen Keqi was arrested in Fushë-Kruje.

This whole event happened because of revenge, since in 2014 Elson Kalavari executed the brother of Shkëlzen Keqi, Genti Keqi.

 Elson Kalaveri shot his neighbor Genti Keqi inside the premises of the Mamurras police station. At that time, Kalaveri declared that he had done everything in self-defense.
