The journalist publishes the shocking footage from "January 21": Within 9 seconds...

Journalist Flamur Vezaj spoke about the bloody protest of "January 21", where 13 years ago 4 citizens lost their lives.
He said in a communication to News24 that this event is a bad stain that has remained on the Albanian state, while adding that the images that have already been published were hidden by the acting Prime Minister at the time, Sali Berisha, and the Prosecutor's Office.
He further said that the security footage shows that within nine seconds the four murders took place.
"This is a bad stain left on the Albanian state. The video shows the footage from the security camera that was located at the Prime Minister's building, where the entire event was recorded, from the beginning of the protest until its dispersal. Previously they hid from the Prime Minister, and then they hid from the Prosecutor's Office.
Both parties at that time have played a role that is shameful as they have failed to investigate and prosecute the case. The video clearly shows police violence against citizens.
The security cameras also filmed the moment when the leaders of the Guard ordered to be shot in the body. This camera was only the front one, while those on the sides were copied as images and then the server was not reformatted.
All four murders took place within 9 seconds. I was a witness and I was questioned. At first, the investigation started backwards because the government at that time led by Berisha became an obstacle to the investigation of the case. Former Prime Minister Berisha came out at that time and obstructed the Prosecutor's Office's investigation into the seizure of the Guard's weapons, for the seizure of documents on which weapons were used and by whom," he said.
