The 56-year-old man from Saranda abused the 8-year-old girl in handcuffs

 Kozma Dhimitër Papën from the village of Dhrovjan in Saranda, has been arrested by the Greek police after being accused of rape and indecent acts with minors.

According to the special prosecutor's office for crimes against minors in Athens, it was a denunciation by the mother of the victim, who is an Albanian citizen, that led to the disclosure of the acts that the author committed with the minor with the initials KE, born in 2008.

The verifications showed that the perpetrator entered the victim's apartment using the personal relationship with her mother.

Everything started when the minor was 8 years old. In that period, the Pope began abusing the minor, and even during this period sexual acts on her body also began.

In fact, the last time they had contact, she was forced to send the author an intimate photo of herself. She said she was afraid to report him because she was worried about her and her mother's safety.

It was the girl's mother who accidentally discovered her daughter's photos on the author's phone and after verifying the authenticity of the facts, she reported him to the police.

He was immediately arrested and is expected to face criminal offenses provided for in 7 articles of the criminal code for crimes against minors under 14 years of age. He will be sent to court for security measures on Monday morning.
